Instant Pot Hard Eggs
4 to 6 fresh eggs
Place the steam rack inside the Instant Pot. Fill the inner pot with 2 cups of water. Stack eggs on the steam rack. Close the lid and turn the steam release handle to the SEALING Position. Select PRESSURE COOK and adjust the time to 8 minutes of cooking time. Pressure Cook the eggs. When it is done, wait another 2 minutes before venting. Using a large spoon turn the steam release handle to the VENTING Position. Once it is done venting, open the lid and take out the hard eggs. Place the hard eggs in a bowl with cold water for 2 minutes. Peel the hard eggs and enjoy.
